2024 SVYF -Registration Process
Swan Valley Youth Football (SVYF) promotes the student athletes development as a whole. With this in mind, SVYF has incorporated a Code of Conduct that each student-athlete and their parent/guardian must sign before being allowed to participate in our program. Please click the link below to download the Code of Conduct to sign and return the last page.
You will have to submit a form and payment for each player. Please submit the form by clicking submit ABOVE, then add the registration item on the next screen and Credit Card information to pay. If you have more players, come back here to register your next player and pay for each player.
